The reception staff appeared unhelpful and arrogant, which didn’t help our mood. Despite these issues, the hotel served a good breakfast, including freshly made dosas. The lack of intercom service for a full day was frustrating, but we enjoyed the breakfast spread offered. Overall, the experience could use a solid lift in maintenance and staff training.
